My plans for the future will be: Endlessly searching for apartments, having a hard time taking everything down from my walls, maturing a tad bit, calm sunday afternoons at a coffee shop in the city, twisting and turning in an unmade bed, a cigarette here, a cigarette there, try to carry my fishbowl without making a mess, late night and early morning texts with a boy who has never left me, screaming and crying on the floor of my shower, indulging tubs of gelato after another during a season or two of a show, groggy mornings and slow movements to put the gear in reverse, raging fits in my future kitchen and throwing dishes then crying in the corner of my bedroom, that ache just waiting for someone to hold me but the only comfort is the fate of sleep as my eyes become heavy from all the tears, monotonous routine at a retail store, staring at my phone in anticipation of a message during a lecture, silent lunch breaks with my journal, under the duvets of my bed as i ache until sleep hushes me and tucks my fears in.
